Maintenance methods for small concrete batching machines:
1. Before the shift, check whether the weighing device is in normal working condition. If there is any blockage or other phenomena that affect the weighing accuracy, it should be eliminated in time.
2. Check whether the electrical wiring is correct and firm, and whether the electrical box casing is firmly grounded.
3. During operation, check whether each operating part is operating normally, whether the conveyor belt is deviated, and whether there are foreign objects falling between the belt and the driven roller. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately to eliminate it.
4. All moving parts should be added with butter, and the belt roller should be removed and oiled once a year.
5. When inspecting the machine, the machine must be shut down and the main power supply must be cut off.
6. The batching controller should have rainproof, sunproof and dustproof facilities.
7. Prevent sand and gravel from mixing with steel bars, large stones and other debris to avoid damaging the conveyor belt.
8. To ensure the safety of the batching controller, do not use it under severe weather conditions such as heavy rain and thunder. Turn off the main power supply and remove the connection between the sensor and the batching controller to prevent damage to the controller.
9. The fluctuation of power supply voltage must be less than -5 ~ 5%.
10. The weighing system should be calibrated at least once a year according to the weighing method in the batching controller manual to ensure weighing accuracy.
