Forced concrete mixers have four major components, namely the feeding system, mixing system, unloading system and external structure. This article describes and introduces these four major components in detail.
Feeding system: The feeding system of the forced concrete mixer consists of a hoisting mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, a feeding nozzle, etc. Its working principle is as follows: the brake motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope pulls the hopper along the feeding rack track through the pulley to climb up to a certain height, the hopper door automatically opens, and the material enters the mixing drum through the feeding nozzle.
In order to accurately control the moving position of the hopper on the upper bracket, the forced concrete mixer shipped by Zhengzhou Dingli is equipped with limit switches on the upper and lower strokes of the upper bracket, and the track inclination angle of the feeding driver is set to 60°, which meets the position of the feeding rack and the good connection with the mixing drum, thereby ensuring that the hopper can move stably on the feeding rack, with low energy consumption and high efficiency.
Mixing system: The mixing system is composed of a motor, a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, a mixing drum mixing device, an oil supply device, etc. The mixing drum mainly contains lining plates, mixing blades, a mixing shaft, etc. There are five types of lining plates, all of which are connected and fastened to the drum body with countersunk screws; the motor is directly connected to the cycloid reducer, and the two output shafts of the reducer drive the horizontally configured mixing station to rotate in opposite directions at a constant speed through split gears.
Unloading system: The unloading system is composed of a unloading hopper, an air pump, a reversing valve, an air distributor, a cylinder, an electrical device, etc.; the unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the cylinder is used for pneumatic unloading. The opening and closing position of the unloading door can also be controlled. The sealing of the unloading door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip. The manual operating lever is used for emergency unloading during temporary power outages and unloading when the cylinder fails. It should be removed at ordinary times to prevent injury.
External analysis: The external structure mainly includes (1) main engine safety lock, (2) oil supply device, (3) power line box, and (4) hydraulic assembly.
