Stirring mechanism of JZC500 mixer
The mixing mechanism of JZC350 mixer is the working part of the mixer, which consists of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system. The simplified form of the JZC350 drum mixer is double cone-shaped, with high and low blades welded inside the drum, which form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum respectively. The mixer rotates with the mixing drum, and the blades cause the material to lift and fall while stirring back and forth in the axial direction, so the stirring is strong and the effect is good. The mixing time of JZC350 concrete mixer is about 35S-45S. The JZC350 concrete mixer has a pair of discharging blades welded inside the discharging cone of the shaking barrel. When the concrete is mixed, change the rotation direction of the mixer, and the concrete will be discharged from the mouth of the discharging cone through the low blades and the discharging blades. The mixing drum of the JZC350 mixer is supported by four supporting wheels. The rotation of the mixing drum is achieved by the motor driving the large gear ring mounted on the simplified body through the transmission system. The work is reliable. The forward and reverse rotation of the mixing drum is achieved by the motor reversal.
JZC500 water supply system
The water supply system consists of a motor, a water pump, a regulating valve, a water suction valve and pipelines. When the water pump is started, water can be injected into the mixing drum to mix the amount of water required for each tank of concrete. The time relay in the electronic control system controls the running time of the water pump. When the button is rotated to the "time control" position, the water pump will press the setting time running and automatic stop. When the button is rotated to the "manual" position, water can be supplied continuously, and a separate pipeline is provided for water outside the cylinder and for cleaning the entire machine.
JZC500 chassis
The chassis is of welded structure. Two tires are installed on the lower part, and a drawbar is installed on the front for towing. In order to facilitate short-distance towing and parking, the JZC500 mixer is equipped with front supporting wheels, and the four corners of the chassis are equipped with adjustable legs. When the mixer is working, the supporting legs should be firmly supported to make the whole machine stable. When towing, the outriggers should be retracted and fixed with latches at their high position, and the front support wheels should be turned up and hung up.
