Stirring system

The mixing station is equipped with mixing blades and left and right scrapers. The mixing tank is equipped with arc lining plates and end lining plates.
Transmission system
The transmission system of the JDC350 mixer is mainly composed of a motor, a mixing reduction gearbox, a coupling, and a mixing shaft. The motor is directly mounted on an end face fixed to the chassis of the frame, and the final power is driven by gears and linkages to rotate the stirring shaft for stirring.
Water supply system
The water supply system consists of motors, water pumps, throttle valves, cleaning devices, water spray pipes, etc. The water required for mixing concrete is sent by the water pump to the water spray pipe through the throttle valve, and the throttle valve can adjust the flow of water.
Feeding system
When loading, put the mixture to be stirred in the hopper, start the loading system, and the wire rope pulls the hopper upward. When it reaches a certain height, the hopper enters the loading rack, the bucket door opens automatically, and the materials are discharged into the mixing drum through the funnel. Inside.
