The automatic dry mortar equipment import European advanced design concepts. The tank adopts tower layout. The management system is embedded with the latest modular management technology so the human-machine dialogue function and degree of automation are greatly improved. According to different configurations, the equipment produce up to 30 to 100 thousand tons per year.
The equipment mainly composed of raw material storage system, batching weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, gas phase balance system, packaging system and dust removal system. Main control system according to the selected process recipe make manufacture order. System extracts raw materials according to the ratio from the storage bins automatically. Raw materials enter the transition bin and agravic high-efficiency mixer after counter weight which achieve fast mixing operation . Reaching the mixing precision, finished mortar conveyed to have second mixing function finished bin and enter the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs regular quantitative filling operations as required, greatly improving the output efficiency. Packed product was sent to the finished product area and waiting transport the factory.
Working principle of the equipment is that the relatively rotating spindle drives the paddle rotation and throws the material to the space level in a certain angle. The particles lose weight instantaneously in the space flow layer, and the centrifugal force and the gravity cancell each other. (The material density difference under the weightlessness does not affect mixture homogeneity)Mixed into each other and form a fluidized weight loss area at the middle level and formed a vortex around the main shaft. The bottom forms a material translational flow layer and the material moves axially along the shaft . Under the dual drive of radial force and axial force, the material is in a three-dimensional composite motion, thus forming a full-scale compound cycle and rapidly achieving uniform mixing. In the mixer, the finished product is quickly opened by pneumatics and quickly put into the finished product silo for buffering and storage. The finished product silo and the packaging machine are metered and packaged into the packaging machine through a soft connection. Users with particularly large production volumes can add belt conveyors at the back of the packaging machine and deliver the finished product directly to the finished product area or truck.
