Concrete batching plants usually contain the following main equipment:
1. Mixing host: This is the core equipment of the concrete mixing station. It usually uses a twin-shaft forced mixer, which can mix concrete efficiently and evenly.
2. Feeding system: including cement silo, aggregate silo and powder silo, etc., used to store various raw materials and transport them to the mixing host. The feeding system should ensure continuous and stable supply of raw materials to meet the needs of the mixing host.
3. Weighing system: Responsible for accurately measuring various raw materials (aggregates, powders, liquids) to ensure the quality and stability of concrete. The weighing system should have the characteristics of high precision and high reliability to ensure the accurate proportion of concrete without affecting the quality of the final concrete product.
4. Material transportation system: including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors and other equipment, used to transport various raw materials and concrete to designated locations. The material conveying system should be efficient, stable and reliable to ensure the smooth progress of production.
5. Control system: It is the command center of the entire concrete mixing station, responsible for centralized control and monitoring of various parts. The control system usually includes PLC control system, electrical control system, etc., which can realize automatic control of concrete mixing station.
