Feeding and mixing time of forced mixer

Forced mixer is currently the most widely used concrete mixing equipment. Its feeding amount and mixing time are carefully designed by the manufacturer and cannot be changed at will.

In order to ensure that all parts of the materials can be fully mixed in the forced mixer, the mixing drum of the forced mixer we designed will look very large, and the actual mixing capacity cannot occupy the entire geometric volume.Why don't we recommend entering more materials at one time? Because our mixing work requires space. If too much feeding is fed, it is not conducive to the full mixing of various parts of the materials. So sometimes when customers buy a forced mixer, don't add materials to it at will just because the mixing drum is so large. Once too much is added, it is easy to reduce the mixing quality. Please strictly control the mixing volume.

The second is the mixing time of the forced mixer. We all know that the mixing cycle from the time the raw materials enter the mixing drum to the time of unloading is the mixing time of the forced mixer. We generally call the minimum time for concrete to meet engineering performance the shortest mixing time. Customers know this time better than us manufacturers. Different formulas and different mixers can only draw reliable conclusions through mixing experiments.

However, when the concrete is stirred inside the forced mixer for a certain time, further stirring will not directly affect the strength of the concrete. At this time, extending the time will only reduce production efficiency.
