The mixer uses a gear reducer as the transmission mechanism, and uses the rotation of the impeller to arouse the suspended particles in the liquid to evenly mix them together. The impeller part adopts a double impeller structure: the main impeller plays the main stirring role, and the attached impeller plays the stirring role. At the same time, the force generated by stirring can be used to balance the axial force on the reducer during the mixing process, thereby increasing the service life of the mixer.
How to test the mixer gear reducer?
1. Equipment installation: Install the mixer to be tested on the test tank, prepare homemade mud slurry in the tank, connect the power supply, and the location must simulate on-site usage conditions and be under direct sunlight;
2. Operation requirements: continuous operation except when shutdown is required for testing;
3. Noise detection of the whole machine: Check the noise of the whole machine after the mixer is running normally, and check it every 30 minutes;
4. Temperature detection of the mixer reducer and motor: Check the temperature of the reducer and motor. Location: The connection between the motor and the reducer, the middle of the reducer. Detection requirements: Record the temperature every 15 minutes. After the temperature no longer changes for 1 hour, Record the temperature every 30 minutes;
5. Current and voltage detection and motor power calculation: Detect the three-phase current and voltage once after the machine is turned on and operating normally, and then detect the three-phase current and voltage again 1 hour after the temperature rises to a high point; calculate the motor shaft power according to the formula based on the detected current and voltage.
6. Installation requirements test: After the whole machine is running completely normally (the temperature no longer rises and there are no other abnormalities), check the mixing situation, noise, reducer and motor temperature; then adjust the front, rear, left and right inclination of the mixer, and then start operation. Test, check the mixing condition, noise, reducer and motor temperature, determine the best installation parameters, and stop the machine in time if there is any abnormality to prevent damage to the mixer;
7. After the operation test is completed, check the deformation and damage of the reducer, motor, connecting parts and welding parts;
8. Data processing: Statistically analyze the comprehensive performance of the mud mixer based on test record data, and prepare a test summary report.
