The northern winter temperature is relatively low. First of all, it is necessary to take antifreeze measures for all parts of the equipment, especially the main engine part, and to lubricate the stirring shaft. The second is to do the daily cleaning of the equipment. After finishing one day of production, concrete residues inside and outside the main tank mixing tank, including the discharge port, mixing shaft, etc., are cleaned. In winter, the working place of the mixer should be provided with a heating device to keep the room temperature above 0 ° C as much as possible, and the mixer must be allowed to run at no load for at least 30 minutes before starting work.
The transmission system of the batching machine is regularly filled with lubricating oil, and the moisture of the air supply system and pipelines of the batching machine is regularly cleaned to prevent freezing in winter construction. After the construction is completed, the remaining materials in the gravel silos are cleaned up to avoid freezing the next day and delay production. If the concrete mixing plant is shut down for a long period of time in winter, it is best to start the equipment twice a week for more than half an hour each time. This can prevent frostbite caused by the long-term non-use of the concrete mixing plant equipment, or it will not start.
